Aside from having a yoga mediation room, infrared sauna and podcast room on site...I was most excited about their brand new gorgeous Cold Plunge Tub.

Now...ice baths are not a new concept, in fact it is something that professional athletes have been doing for decades, but is just now becoming trendy in the wellness space for us mortals. Benefits include:
